Martin has over 15 years of professional experience spanning audit, assurance, and financial management. As Partner of Audit & Advisory, he oversees statutory and internal audits for both private and public-sector clients, ensuring full compliance with PAAB and ISA standards. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at a leading Namibian financial institution and is passionate about capacity building within the Namibian audit profession.

Cross-border mandate experience: Namibia and South Africa.

Nyasha Tengawarima

Nyasha is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience in audit quality management, technical assurance, and regulatory compliance across Southern Africa. He leads Ubuntu's technical assurance standards and cross-border regulatory compliance framework, ensuring consistency between the Namibian and South African practices. His expertise in IFRS, ISA, and risk-based audit methodologies strengthens the technical foundations of the firm's audit and assurance services.

Julius leads Ubuntu's strategic development, cross-border expansion, and investment advisory functions, coordinating operations between Namibia, South Africa, Dubai, and Geneva. With over 14 years of experience in corporate finance, business restructuring, and transaction advisory, Julius combines analytical depth with regional insight. He plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, driving innovation, and aligning Ubuntu's advisory services with Namibia's developmental goals.

Thaddeus Shigwedha

Thaddeus Shigwedha

Director: Governance & International Compliance

Thaddeus is based in Geneva, Switzerland, where he leads Ubuntu's governance, ethics, and policy advisory portfolio. He has extensive experience consulting for multilateral institutions, development agencies, and public-policy organisations, focusing on compliance, governance, and institutional design. Thaddeus advises on governance frameworks for both private and public entities and supports cross-border projects requiring international compliance.

Cross-border mandate experience: Europe, multilateral institutions, and donor-funded programmes.

Bernadedt Kandenge

Bernadedt Kandenge

Director & Senior Audit Manager

Bernadedt leads corporate governance and statutory compliance, bringing a dual background in law and accounting to corporate structuring, statutory administration, and secretarial compliance for both SMEs and larger entities. She works closely with the audit team to keep clients aligned with the Companies Act 28 of 2004 and BIPA requirements.

CA(NAM), BCom Hons in Financial Accountancy (North-West University), Bachelor of Accounting (Chartered Accountancy) (University of Namibia)

Immanuel is a Namibian audit and assurance professional with over 10 years of experience, qualified to use the CA(NAM) designation after passing the ICAN Assessment of Professional Competence in December 2023. His work spans external and internal audit, governance, risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across public and private sector clients, including banking, state-owned enterprises, mining, and donor-funded projects. He has lectured at the University of Namibia and North-West University.
